In 2019, Jorge set the Lake Tahoe 12-mile ‘True Width’ course record by completing his attempt in 4:43:10. Jorge’s 2020 attempt of the Vikingsholm is dedicated to his longtime swim coach Raul (“Rauli”) who passed in June. Raul was an amazing human being and positively impacted many lives. Jorge will be wearing a cap with his picture and dedicates his attempt to Rauli.
